- Data on Impact: Our work is making a difference, with over 90% of enrolled families achieving reunification.
- Breaking Down Barriers: By reducing stigma and expanding access to vital resources, more families than ever are getting the support they need to build a stable future.
- A Hub for Connection and Support: Our Visitation & Resource Center provides a safe, homelike environment where families connect and receive essential resources.
- Parent Ally Mentors: Our new paid internship program offers parents in recovery the training and certification needed to become Parent Ally Mentors, using their lived experience to support others.
- Stories of Resilience: Meet two families that overcame challenges, strengthened family bonds, and are now on a path to long-term stability with help from Homeward House Collaborative.

Thanks to our dedicated staff, partners, and volunteers, we made remarkable progress in 2024, helping parents and children strengthen bonds and build stable foundations for a brighter future.
